MAKE THE GYM AN ACCESSORY TO YOUR LIFE, NOT YOUR LIFE.

Sunlight, fresh air, varied movements, exposure to all sorts of temperatures, body positions, adversity, and competition (even just with yourself). The reasons for pursuing outdoor activities are endless.
Try something new. Get outside. Play a sport. And be amazed at what it does for your mind and body.
