Traditional Thai massage is different from Western massages as it mainly focuses on circulation and pressure points, which helps promote internal health and heal many symptoms caused from cramped muscles. Unlike typical massages, oil and tables are not used. Instead, you will relax on a very comfortable Thai mat dressed in loose clothing while I work your meridians, release trigger points and give you deep stretches improving your range of motion. Red light and infrared treatment is included.
