Such a delightful weekend with some of our oldest and dearest friends! We tasted wine 🍷, ate great food, explored and generally had a lot of fun chatting and laughing! 😂 So thankful Mary and Bryan came to visit. Grateful for lovely weather too!

Over the last 13 years of practice with through the I’ve not only strengthened my body but fostered a strong mind body connection as well. Now, with My Mode and the OMB Challenge the journey continues! Tracy is always finding new ways to take our physical and mental/emotional fitness to new heights. One of the best things about living in Kirkland is the fun events downtown. Today is the Kirkland Winter Market at Kirkland Urban. Lots of artisan makers of lovely things, Santa and a mobile book store 🏬. Come check it out!
