For years, I've had the privilege of watching my wife, Paula, help clients with Lyme disease and other chronic illnesses reclaim their health.
Many of them made incredible progress through personalized nutrition, lifestyle changes, and addressing the root causes of their health challenges.
But there was something we couldn't ignore.
Some clients would eventually hit a plateau.
They weren't getting worse, but they weren't continuing to improve either.
We kept asking ourselves:
**What are we missing?**
What we discovered surprised us.
Many of these individuals had spent years living with chronic stress, symptoms, uncertainty, and the emotional burden that often comes with long-term illness. Their bodies had been through a lot, but so had their nervous systems.
That's when we began incorporating sound therapy and sound baths into some of their wellness plans.
What happened next was remarkable.
Time and time again, we watched clients begin moving forward again. Better sleep. Greater relaxation. Improved clarity. A renewed sense of well-being.
**For many of our clients, sound therapy appeared to be the missing piece that helped them move beyond a healing plateau.**
That's why I wrote this week's blog.
If you've ever felt stuck in your healing journey, this article may give you a new perspective on the important role the nervous system plays in recovery.
