✅ COA issued by third-party ISO-accredited lab
✅ Peptide identity confirmed via HPLC or mass spectrometry
✅ Purity at or above 98%
✅ Sterility testing completed at batch level
✅ Endotoxin testing completed at batch level
✅ Lot number on COA matches product received
✅ Beyond Use Dating supported by stability testing
✅ Facility holds current USP 797 and USP 800 compliance
✅ Pharmacist-in-charge is licensed and verifiable
✅ State-level shipping compliance documented
✅ API sourcing disclosed and verifiable
✅ No high-pressure bulk purchasing before documentation review
