One of my favorite moments this week wasn't in the operating room or during my presentation—it was watching my sons experience the Da Vinci robotic system and CRM robotics for the first time.
Their excitement, curiosity, and endless questions reminded me that every surgeon, innovator, and leader starts by simply being curious.
Teaching doesn't just happen in the classroom or the operating room. It happens every time we inspire someone to dream a little bigger and believe in what's possible.
Whether my boys choose medicine or another path, I hope they always carry that sense of curiosity with them.
Because today's curious minds become tomorrow's innovators.
Who inspired your curiosity growing up?
