A few Methods for Turning a State of Mind into a Way of Being:
1. Identify things you are grateful for daily.
2. Express that gratitude to others, share it.
3. Notice when others express gratitude and respond to it.
4. Identify something that you see frequently and when you see it, identify one thing you are grateful for in-that-moment.
5. Let your mind, body, and spirit experience the sensations of being grateful for a few moments after you've identified what you are grate for...
