we are a growing team built around the idea that exploring ones health and movement is a natural process that should lead to an unbound life experience

"Change is inevitable, growth is optional." We are growing! Simplify Fitness is an idea, one that will still be present in the teachings presented through our group but with the change, we are working toward something more wide reaching. We are building a community, starting here in the Outer Banks, that is interested in healthy living practices as well as playful, natural, and practical exercise

that happens outside of the traditional fitness industry paradigm. Video, a facility, and pocket training manuals all coming soon!! Be a part of the shift!!!
