Unfortunately, it seems to be that time again - germs and viruses are everywhere! If you need a parent/child session in the Salt Booth to relieve congestion and coughs, don't hesitate. Call or book online, or walk-in - there's rarely a long wait. We all hate it when the kids get sick. Help them feel better and boost your own immune system at the same time. It's 15 minutes and can make a real difference!

Back Saturday from my trip across the mountains to see family in Kentucky. My ears hurt, my sinuses couldn't decide what altitude I was at, and I was tired. So of course, I stopped first at the Salt Cave and spent 20 minutes in the booth. It helps!! Try it for yourself.

We have such a loyal follower that we just have to mention her by name - Dawn Schaefer - we're looking at you!! Dawn and her husband, Darold, are the proud owners of colingtoncreekinn in Kill Devil Hills. It's a really lovely Bed n Breakfast and the owners are special people. Every week, their guests get a list of great things to see and do on the Outer Banks - we are so happy that the Outer Banks Salt Cave is high on that list!

We are thrilled to share that The Trinket Hoard has made our second donation in support of animal rescue — $420 to Southern Hope Animal Rescue & Education (S.H.A.R.E.)! 🐴🐶🐱

Phyllis K. Miller and Abbey Reibel were proud to present the donation to Janessa Lockwood, representing S.H.A.R.E.
S.H.A.R.E. works to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need, with a special focus on horses and other farm animals. They also work to educate the community about responsible animal care, compassion, and the proper care and handling of animals. Their programs include horse care and riding lessons, educational programs, and opportunities for people to become involved with the animals they serve.

Every bracelet purchased from The Trinket Hoard helps us give back to organizations doing important work for animals in need. Our first donation was $630, and now we're excited to add another $420, bringing our total donations to $1,050! 🎉🐾
