I have the most beautiful hair extensions from JULIE TURNER BEADED ROW & K-TIP SPECIALIST MEDFORD, OREGON in Medford. Covid took my hair thickness in 2020. Since then I’ve tried many things. In TCM, each food has a temperature. Cherries are inherently warming. Therefore, one of the better fruits to eat raw! I often cook my apples 🍎, but cherries are so good raw or cooked. In TCM, cherries nourish the blood. Women are made mostly of blood, while men are made mostly of qi. (Chinese medicine theory). Because they are warming, they are easier for the spleen to transform. When the spleen can easily transform, we experience better energy, and easier weight management, clearer thinking, and more. Just wanted to share one of my favorite healing foods 🫶🏻
