I built this cohort for a version of me.

The version that was burnt out, overwhelmed, and running on fumes.

The version that knew all the tools.

The version that could explain nervous system regulation to someone else, but couldn't seem to access it when I needed it most.

What I eventually realized was that I was trying to build capacity on top of a depleted baseline.

I was asking my nervous system to do more without giving it what it needed first.

Built to Regulate is the program I wish I had back then.

The one that starts with foundations, builds capacity, and helps you create a life that doesn't require constant overriding.

If this resonates, comment COHORT and I'll send you a link to check out the deets! 💛

Not all anxiety starts in your thoughts.

Sometimes it starts in your physiology.

Cortisol naturally rises in the morning to help wake you up.

If your blood sugar is unstable overnight, that normal cortisol rise can feel like panic, dread, or a racing mind before your feet even hit the floor.

That's why one of the first things I look at with morning anxiety is fuel.

A protein-rich breakfast within an hour of waking can make a surprisingly big difference for some people.

Because sometimes the problem isn't mindset.

Sometimes the body is asking for support.

This is exactly why we start with Baseline before we talk about stress, emotions, or mindset. Your nervous system can't regulate well without the resources it needs.

I've been quietly building something for the last 6 months.

Today, it's open!

Built to Regulate is a 12-week cohort designed to help you understand and work with your nervous system through three pillars:

Baseline.
Capacity.
Alignment.

This is not therapy.
It's not mindset work.
And it's not another collection of coping tools.

It's for people who are tired of overriding their bodies, pushing through exhaustion, and wondering why change never seems to stick.

If you're ready to understand the patterns underneath stress, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic overwhelm, I'd love to have you join us!

Doors are officially open.
20 spots available.
We begin July 13!

Comment COHORT and I'll send you the details. ✨

Most nervous system work starts in the middle.

We try to think differently, journal more, meditate longer, or find the perfect tool.

But if your nervous system is running on a depleted baseline, those tools often don't stick.

That's because regulation isn't built on mindset alone.

It happens in a specific order:

• Baseline, the physical inputs your nervous system runs on
• Capacity, your ability to move through stress without getting stuck
• Alignment, creating a life that supports rather than overrides your body

Most people are trying to build capacity before they've rebuilt their baseline.

Or they're trying to create alignment without the capacity to tolerate the changes it requires.

When you skip a layer, you stay stuck.

The good news?

You're probably not failing at regulation.

You may just be working on the wrong layer ✨

Some things get labeled as "self-care" when they're actually basic nervous system requirements.

Sleep is not a reward.

Eating enough is not indulgent.

Saying no is not selfish.

These aren't luxuries reserved for when everything else is done.

They're part of the foundation your nervous system depends on to function well.

We live in a culture that treats baseline needs as optional and then wonders why everyone is exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed.

Before you add more tools, ask yourself:

Have I given my body the basics?

Because regulation starts there.

Doors open Monday. ✨ Comment WAITLIST to be the first notified when doors open for registration!

The biggest shifts in my nervous system didn't come from learning new things.

They came from unlearning old things.

That rest had to be earned.

That my feelings were too much.

That productivity meant I was safe.

That being agreeable made me a good person.

That my body was the problem.

Most of us are carrying rules we never consciously chose.

Rules that made sense at one point, but now keep us stuck in patterns of exhaustion, anxiety, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment.

Regulation isn't just about adding tools.

Sometimes it's about questioning the stories that taught you to override yourself in the first place.

One of the most frustrating experiences is being told to meditate... and feeling worse.

Not because you're doing it wrong.

Because meditation requires a certain amount of nervous system capacity.

For some people, sitting still with their thoughts increases activation instead of reducing it.

If you're under-slept, under-fed, stressed, and running on fumes, the answer may not be more inner work.

It may be more support.

More sleep.

More food.

More movement.

A stronger baseline.

When your nervous system has the resources it needs, the inner work tends to land very differently.

Sometimes the most powerful regulation tool isn't meditation.

It's breakfast. 😉

Ever wake up exhausted... but unable to fully relax?

You slept. Your body is tired. But your mind is already bracing for the day before it even begins.

This is often a sign of sympathetic dominance.

Your nervous system learned that being "on" is safer than letting go.

So even when you're exhausted, your body struggles to access the state that allows deep rest, recovery, and repair.

The answer isn't forcing yourself to relax.

It's teaching your nervous system that it is safe to come out of survival mode.

Because rest is not a reward your body earns after doing enough. It's a biological need.

Comment GUIDE and I'll send you my Nervous System Guide to help you understand your patterns and start building a foundation of safety!

Baseline nervous system work is making sure your body has enough resources to handle stress.

Because when you haven’t slept well, need to p*e, and you’re hangry… life feels harder than it needs to be 🫶🏻

Comment MENU and I’ll send you a list of supports across all three pillars (Baseline, Capacity, and Alignment) of nervous system health!
