In this soundbathing session, feel free to let go, rest, and renew. Let the voice and music of sound healer Shanna Snowden offer a safe space to just be with yourself.

Available for everyone. No experience necessary. Relax on provided yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and bolsters and listen to sounds of gong, native flute, chimes, voice, singing bowls, and more.

All props and mats included. Feel free to bring your own if desired.

We need you! Come support Autism Breakthrough Knoxville's work to provide spaces that support the health and inclusion of adults with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities .

Autism Breakthrough Knoxville has been helping adults with autism hold jobs, live independently, and live purposeful lives since 1999.

You can help their mission by coming to the Art Show TONIGHT and buying artwork. You can also donate.
