Quick, easy, loaded with protein and delicious 😋

I prefer pasta, I grabbed this brand to try but it is not the best so please use Banza instead.
Cook pasta, add 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/8 cup parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Top with grilled chicken and some fresh basil 🌿

Having clear glowing skin even in the thick of PMS is a damn miracle.
I attribute it to a good quality skincare routine.
My skin used to be very troubled at the end of my cycle, breakouts, redness, dryness and oily at the same time. Taking much better care of it over the past year has made all the difference.

This is what made the difference for me:
Only use toxin free makeup, especially foundation!
Wash with a fragrance free clean brand cleanser ( Crunchi charcoal bar) and Norwex cloth.
Use a toxin free moisturizer (Crunchi night cream and Pomifera oil)
Have makeup free days.
SWEAT 💦, this one is huge, sweat then rinse your face shortly after.
And Of course drink water and eat healthy.

Calling it Eggplant Parmesan with Pepperoni!
Using this crust from Whole Foods brand, it's a sprouted grain, lower carb, very thin crust.
Applegate Farms Turkey Pepperonis, Fresh Mozzarella, Pizza Sauce, Sweet Peppers, Kalamata Olives and Roasted Eggplant.
I pre-roasted the eggplant with olive oil and salt for about 25 minutes at 400° and then added it to the pizza and baked everything for about 15 minutes.
