MEN… this is about way more than “LOW T”. A major new study published in June 2026 with 26,000 men showed men in the lowest testosterone level group had an 18% higher risk of cancer mortality and higher T levels were NOT associated with increased incidence of prostate cancer. This doesn’t mean testosterone prevents cancer. But it does mean your Hormones may tell us something more important about your overall health. Stop assuming it’s “just aging”. One of the biggest mistakes we can make in women’s hormone health is trying to fit every woman into the same little “normal range” box.

A lab value may fall within the normal reference range and still not tell the whole story.

Take testosterone, for example. Your total testosterone is only part of the picture. SHBG (S*x Hormone Binding Globulin) binds to testosterone and influences how much is actually free and available for your body to use. Two women can have the exact same total testosterone level but very different free testosterone levels—and potentially feel very different.

That’s why we don’t treat a number on a piece of paper. We look at the whole woman—her symptoms, her goals, her history, her SHBG, her free and total hormone levels, and most importantly, how she feels.

💛 Optimal is individualized. “Normal” doesn’t always mean optimal for YOU.

💦💦💧💧🌊🌊another Empower platform success story today!!
