What are the showers for? 🚿

They're part of the ritual.

💧 Soap up before entering to protect our natural aspen and keep the space clean for everyone.

💧 Rinse away sweat between rounds before the cold plunge.

Did you know we have sandals you can borrow? 🩴

It can get a little slippery in the bathhouse, so we recommend bringing a pair of inside sandals or just grab a pair of ours! And take it easy - it’s meant to be relaxing.

For Andrew, growth has always been around the belief that small, intentional actions can change lives. Whether it’s tending a community garden or creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, it’s often quiet, consistent care that creates the most impact around (and within) us. 🌿

Earth Day is very near and dear to our hearts. 🌍🌱🌊 As a 1% for the Planet member, we are deeply committed to supporting environmental sustainability and giving back to the planet through meaningful, measurable action.

We are proud to have already donated tens of thousands of dollars to impactful environmental organizations, and that’s just the beginning. By 2027, our goal is to donate over $580,000 annually to environmental causes. That commitment shows up in how we run our business, too — from saving water to reducing plastic waste and making more planet-friendly choices every day. Swipe through to see the steps we take to support a healthier planet.

At Sauna House, caring for the planet is part of everything we do — from the materials we use to the way we conserve water and energy. This Earth Day, celebrate the environmental holiday by doing something good for both you and the planet. Book a bathhouse visit, take a deep breath, and spend time in a space designed with sustainability and relaxation in mind.

Psst — don’t forget to step outside, feel the sun on your face, and grass beneath your toes, too. 😉
