A day on the course, making a difference beyond the greens!

Functional Pathways was proud to participate in the 7th Annual Hillcrest Healthcare Foundation Golf Tournament, supporting an important cause that helps older adults stay connected to their communities.

This year's tournament benefits Hillcrest Transportation, helping residents access essential appointments, activities, and experiences that support independence and quality of life.

A big thank you to Parker Knorr, Travis Donaldson, Rick Moore, and Brian Carr for representing Functional Pathways and supporting a mission that aligns so closely with our own commitment to the people and communities we serve.
