At Choice Health Network, we offer FREE HIV testing because we believe everyone should be able to take control of their health. We also provide prevention services for individuals and work hard to make the process as seamless as possible.

Our Memphis and West Tennessee clinic will be closed Wednesday-Friday, Oct. 21-23. Additionally, all other Choice Health Network locations, including the Choice Health Network Pharmacy, will be closed Thursday-Friday, Oct. 22-23, for staff meetings.

Please check to see if you will need a medication refill while we are closed. If so, contact us as soon as possible to schedule an appointment or get a refill.

Our Memphis clinic is moving! Choice Health Network’s Memphis clinic is relocating to a new, upgraded facility at 1653 Poplar Ave., on the corner of Poplar and Angelus streets in Midtown.

Beginning Nov. 2, 2026, all appointments will be at our new location. You’ll continue to see the same providers and care team, now with a larger, more comfortable lobby, additional exam rooms and a dedicated parking lot.

🚨 Please note: The Memphis office will be closed Oct. 26-30 as we make the move. Our staff will still be available by phone, and our phone number will remain the same: 901-308-5165.

Today, more than half of people living with HIV are age 50 and older. Thanks to advances in treatment, people with HIV are living longer, healthier lives. Aging with HIV can come with unique challenges, including medication interactions and other health conditions.

At Choice Health Network, we believe quality HIV care should meet people where they are, at every age. We’re committed to inclusive, compassionate care that supports health, equity and hope through every chapter of life.

If you’re wondering whether PrEP or PEP is right for you, Choice Health Network can help. We provide support and prevention services for both PrEP and PEP, whether you’re insured or not. Our goal is to make getting the care you need as simple and accessible as possible.

PrEP helps prevent HIV before exposure, while PEP is an emergency prevention taken 72 hours after potential exposure.

September is National Recovery Month, a time to recognize the strength of people on recovery journeys and remind our communities that support is available without judgment. 💙

At Choice Health Network, our Harm Reduction program is a practical and simple approach to reducing overdoses and connecting people with care. Our program services include HIV and hepatitis C testing, lifesaving naloxone and fentanyl test strip distribution, syringe exchange, wound care, education and connection to other health and social services.
