Today, we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we have the freedoms we live with every day.

At UT LIFESTAR, many of our own crew members and staff are veterans who have continued their commitment to service long after their military careers ended. We are incredibly proud to work alongside them and grateful for the experience, leadership, and sacrifice they bring to our team and communities every day.

As we care for patients across East Tennessee, we pause today to remember those who never made it home.
We remember them. We honor them. 🚁

Happy EMS Week to all of our incredible crews and EMS partners!

This year’s EMS Week theme, “Improving Outcomes, Together,” perfectly reflects what this profession is all about. Every launch, every patient interaction, and every mission takes teamwork. From dispatchers and first responders to bedside staff and flight crews, all working toward the same goal of providing the best possible care for our patients.

Happy EMS Week! ⚕️🧡

A huge thank you to Claiborne EMS, Claiborne County 911 and South Claiborne Volunteer Fire Department for the teamwork and professionalism on today’s call. Strong partnerships and seamless coordination make all the difference when minutes matter.

135UT may not currently be the familiar orange and white, but it’s still the same great crews you know and trust taking care of our communities every day. But don’t worry, the orange and white will be back soon!

Proud to work alongside dedicated providers who always put patients first. 🚁

Thank you Asst.Chief Jay Redmon for the picture today. We set up a landing zone for Lifestar 1 at midway elementary school this afternoon.
