We are excited to announce that Matt Langley has joined Team Mobile Health Care as our new Nashville/ Middle Tennessee Operations Manager.

Matt brings more than a decade of experience in EMS leadership, operations management, business development, and patient transportation. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams, strengthened healthcare partnerships, improved operational performance, and helped organizations grow while maintaining a focus on exceptional patient care.

His experience spans leadership roles with Vital Medical Transport, Ascension, Acadian Ambulance, MedicOne Medical Response, and Transcare Medical, providing him with a unique perspective on both frontline EMS operations and executive leadership.

As we continue expanding throughout Middle Tennessee, Matt’s passion for developing people, building strong teams, and driving operational excellence will help further our mission of providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services to the communities we serve.

Team Mobile Health Care is proud to welcome Chris Cornils as Operations Manager for our Knoxville operations.

Chris brings extensive experience in Emergency Medical Services, combining strong clinical expertise with proven leadership in field operations, team development, and healthcare partnerships. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence, accountability, and building high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

As a paramedic and EMS leader, Chris has worked across a variety of operational environments, gaining valuable experience in advanced patient care, workforce management, compliance oversight, and system improvement. His leadership style emphasizes consistency, professionalism, and developing others to reach their full potential.

In his role with Team Mobile Health Care, Chris will oversee daily operations throughout the Knoxville region, supporting field personnel, strengthening relationships with healthcare partners, and ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services. His experience in process improvement and performance management will help drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Chris is also a certified Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Instructor, bringing a unique perspective on patient-centered care, de-escalation techniques, and workforce readiness. His passion for education and mentorship has helped develop future EMS professionals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
