Team Mobile Health Care is excited to announce the promotion of Moe Gordon to Operations Manager for our Memphis & West Tennessee Market!
Moe’s journey with Team Mobile is a great example of what growth, dedication, and continued development can look like within our organization.
Moe joined Team Mobile Health Care in June 2025 as an EMT and has continued to invest in both clinical education and leadership development. Since joining our team, Moe has advanced from EMT to AEMT, recently completed Paramedic certification, and progressed into increasing levels of operational leadership—first as a Supervisor and now as Operations Manager.
In this new role, Moe will oversee operations throughout Memphis and West Tennessee, with a focus on supporting our crews, strengthening operational performance, growing Team Mobile’s presence throughout the region, and further deepening the relationships we have built with our healthcare and community partners.
Moe brings a unique perspective to this role after growing alongside Team Mobile—starting in the field, advancing clinically, developing as a leader, and gaining firsthand knowledge of the crews, patients, partners, and communities we serve.
