We’re excited to welcome Megan Harvey as the new Executive Director of Accura HealthCare of Knoxville!

With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Megan began her career in long-term care and transitioned to the quality side of healthcare. She’s excited to return to long-term care and the rewarding opportunity to be there for residents each day.

Megan is passionate about helping residents continue to live their best lives while ensuring they feel cared for, supported, and at home. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Kaytlynn has been an employee with Accura of Knoxville since 2024 and started as a Dietary Aide. Katy has since passed her CNA exam and has aspirations to be an RN one day.

Her compassion, dedication, and heart make Accura feel like home. We are so proud and grateful to have her on our team.
