This week, we proudly celebrate our Environmental Services team and the incredible work they do each day. From cleaning and repairs to painting and everything in between, this amazing group consistently shows up ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way.
Their dedication goes far beyond maintaining our buildings. They ensure our campus is always welcoming, safe, and tour-ready while building meaningful relationships with our residents through their daily interactions. Their commitment shines not only through spotless floors and beautifully maintained spaces, but also through the warm smiles and kindness they share with those around them.
We are especially proud to recognize our Legacy team for achieving a remarkable 100% customer satisfaction score for cleanliness and appearance. This outstanding accomplishment reflects the pride, professionalism, and attention to detail that define this team every day.

Yesterday, our residents at Waterford Place enjoyed Bradford Woods, an all-abilities camp filled with fishing, boating, archery, ziplining, music, tie-dye, and endless smiles! We spent some time last week celebrating the people at the heart of what we do every day! Our staff is the best of the best and we couldn’t do what we do without them! Even tacos and ice cream pale in comparison to how great we think they are! Thank you for all you do everyday for our residents! Every department brings something special to the table and is an essential part of what makes this well oiled machine run!

Our leadership team stepped up to the plate and took one for the team during our "Pie in the Face" event and the smiles were totally worth every bit of whipped cream!
Our amazing staff and even a few of our wonderful residents jumped right in on the action to land a direct hit on leadership. From giant giggles to whipped-cream-covered faces, it was a day filled with laughter, community, and pure fun.

We would like to take a moment to recognize our amazing Plant Operations Director, Jamie. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance and facility operations, but he also consistently goes above and beyond to bring joy to our residents each day.
Jamie and Sharon have built a special bond through sunny walks, companionship during morning meetings, fun karaoke sessions , and even some memorable water slide adventures. His willingness to spend time with residents and create meaningful connections truly reflects the compassion and dedication he brings to our community. For months, the residents at Legacy have been tending to their courtyard garden, growing fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and delicious melons. These homegrown fruits and vegetables are a testament not only to their green thumbs but also to the sense of purpose and pride they cultivate each day. Cooking together brings back cherished memories of family meals at home, and hearing residents share their favorite recipes helps us feel even more connected to their stories, traditions, and lives.

At Legacy, we are blessed to welcome many family members through our doors each day. Over time, these visitors become more than just loved ones of the residents they come to see. They become part of the Legacy family.
Jenny is one of those special people. Her consistent presence, kind heart, and genuine care have made her a friend to residents and team members alike. During this difficult season in her life, our residents wanted to remind her just how much she means to them. Together, they created a handmade blanket, hoping it would bring a little comfort, warmth, and brightness to her days.
