If you’ve ever wondered about the vision behind the Harmonic Egg and how light, sound, color, and frequency can support the body’s natural ability to return to balance, take some time to watch this interesting conversation with its creator, Gail Lynn.

Gail shares her knowledge and heart behind this beautiful technology and offers a deeper understanding of what makes the Harmonic Egg experience so unique.

Today is World Beard Day! 🧔

Around here, the beard has become part of the Midwest Modalities experience—but beneath it is a reminder that men need moments to slow down, reset, and care for themselves too.

Whether your beard is long, short, perfectly groomed, or doing whatever it wants, today is your day. Drop a picture of your beard—or your favorite bearded guy—in the comments!

Happy World Beard Day from Midwest Modalities! 🌿

You matter. Your life matters. And your story is not over.

Sometimes pain becomes so heavy that it convinces us we are alone, that nothing will ever change, or that the people we love would be better without us. Those thoughts may feel real in the moment—but they are not the truth.

There is no shame in struggling. There is no weakness in asking for help. Please stay. Give tomorrow the opportunity to feel different.

If you’re hurting today, reach out to someone you trust and let them sit beside you in the darkness. You don’t have to find all the answers tonight—you only need to take the next breath and allow someone to help you take the next step.

If you’re worried about someone, check on them. Ask the difficult question. Listen without judgment. Remind them that their presence matters.

Call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

At Midwest Modalities, we believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, loved, and supported. Please stay. The world still needs the light that only you can bring. 💚

Just a reminder to all the guys — Modern Men’s Group is moving to Tuesday nights! 🙌

To kick off the change, this Tuesday we’re switching things up a little and meeting at my house from 6:30–8:30 PM. I thought it would be nice to get away from the studio for one night, sit around the bonfire, relax, and just have some good conversation together.

After this week, we’ll be back at Midwest Modalities for our regular Tuesday gatherings from 6:30–8:00 PM.

I’m looking forward to this next chapter of the group and continuing to create a place where men can show up as they are, talk about real life, and support one another.

If you need my address for Tuesday, just message me. Hope to see you guys around the fire! 🔥

Did you take a moment to look up last night? 🌕✨

The lunar eclipse felt like a powerful reminder that sometimes we must let go of what has been weighing on our hearts to make room for something new.

Maybe you released an old fear, resentment, self-doubt, a painful pattern, or the need to control what happens next.

Letting go doesn’t erase what happened—it simply means we’re choosing not to carry its weight into the next chapter.

What did you let go of beneath last night’s eclipse?

🔥 MODERN MEN’S GROUP IS CHANGING THINGS UP 🔥

Starting in September, Modern Men’s Group will be moving from Friday nights to Tuesday nights from 6:30–8:00 PM.

But the night isn’t the only thing we’re changing.

I’ve been thinking about ways to keep this group growing and give it a little different feel. Moving forward, I’m going to invite some of the guys who have been regulars in the group to occasionally facilitate our meetings.

I think hearing different perspectives, experiences, topics, and questions will be really good for all of us. This group was never meant to be about one person leading—it’s about men showing up for one another and having conversations that we sometimes don’t have anywhere else.

And we’re kicking off the change a little differently too. 🔥

Our first Tuesday gathering will be September 1st from 6:30–8:30 PM at my house. We’re going to have a bonfire, sit outside in nature, and just talk about life. Nothing formal. Just guys around a fire having real conversation.

After that, we’ll return to Midwest Modalities for our regular Tuesday gatherings from 6:30–8:00 PM.

New night. Different voices. Same safe space.

No judgment. No masks. Just men supporting men.

If you’ve thought about joining us before, maybe this is your time.

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾❤️

There is something incredibly calming about the love of a dog. They seem to know when we need comfort, when we need to slow down, and when we simply need someone beside us.

Baylor, Teddy, and Nala have changed our hearts in ways we never expected. They have filled our home with more laughter, companionship, cuddles, and unconditional love—and made it a much happier place just by being in it.

Their love is such a beautiful reminder that sometimes the most healing thing in the world is a warm body beside you, a wagging tail, and the feeling that you are loved exactly as you are.

Happy National Dog Day from our furry family at Midwest Modalities! 🐶🐾

We would love to see the dogs who make your home and heart happier—share a picture in the comments!

🌿 A little reminder for the ladies 🌿

Our very first Women’s Group is happening this Tuesday, August 25th, from 6:30–8:30 PM at Midwest Modalities.

Heidi Harrison will be creating a warm, judgment-free space where women can come together, connect, share what’s on their hearts, and simply take a couple of hours for themselves.

She’ll also be incorporating simple body, mind, and soul techniques you can take with you and use throughout your week. 🤍

No pressure. No expectations. Just come as you are.

📅 Tuesday, August 25th
⏰ 6:30–8:30 PM
📍 Midwest Modalities
400 W. Superior St., Kokomo

If you’ve been feeling like you could use some connection, support, or just a little time to refill your own cup, we would love to have you there. 🌸

Sometimes owning a small business means navigating things you never expected.

Last week, after the tremendous amount of rain we received, water began coming into the Egg room and several other areas of the building. Seeing water coming in over a space that means so much to me—and where so many people have found peace, rest, and support—was incredibly difficult.

But Midwest Modalities isn’t going anywhere.

We’re working to get the roof patched and make sure the space is safe and protected. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has checked on us, offered encouragement, or supported Midwest Modalities over the past two years.

This building is more than walls and a roof. It holds a community, a purpose, and a vision that Alisha and I deeply believe in. Challenges may slow us down for a moment, but they will not stop what is being created here.

Thank you for continuing to believe in us. 💚

Have you ever wondered how trauma can affect more than just our thoughts—how it may also impact our nervous system, our bodies, and even the way we experience life?

In this powerful conversation, Gail Lynn, the creator of the Harmonic Egg, explores the connection between trauma, epigenetics, the nervous system, and vibrational wellness.

This is one of the reasons I feel so strongly about the work we do at Midwest Modalities. Sometimes healing isn’t about forcing ourselves to “get over” what we’ve experienced. Sometimes it begins by creating a safe space where the body and nervous system can finally slow down, feel supported, and return toward balance.

If you’ve been curious about the Harmonic Egg and the intention behind it, this video is a wonderful place to begin.

Every Kokomo resident receives their first Harmonic Egg session complimentary. If this speaks to you, please reach out to schedule your experience.
