Alzheimers Disease is a devastating illness that is unfortunately on the rise. It has been directly linked to insulin resistance (it has even been labeled as "Type 3 Diabetes"), toxic levels of heavy metals (specifically aluminum), and nutrient deficiencies.
A multi-pronged approach can have amazing results at repairing the disease process in Alzheimers patients - they aren't doomed to spending the remainder of their life in cognitive decline!

Helpful tips to prevent Alzheimers Disease:
🥦Eat healthy, natural, nutrient-dense foods.
🧈Be sure to eat health fats to repair and maintain nerve and brain function.
🍎Maintain stable blood sugars and work to reverse insulin resistance.
🚫STOP using aluminum foil for anything that touches food (especially hot foods and cooking)!
✔️Address any heavy metal overloads with lifestyle changes and regular detoxes.

Tacos can be a healthy meal! Margaritas.... eh, not so much.

🌮Ditch the packets and mix your own delicious taco seasonings.
🌮Choose organic grass-fed beef.
🌮Make your own tortillas with whole grain flour (super easy and super yummy!), or opt for a taco salad and load your meat and toppings on a bed of fresh lettuce.
🌮Load on the yummy toppings such as a high-quality cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado or homemade guacamole, fresh salsa, peppers, onions, and even a dollop of sour cream.
