Hi friends! A LITTLE UPDATE FROM WILLOW & OAK 🌿

As Willow & Oak continues to grow into a more holistic wellness space, I’ll be taking a break from regular product making, except a few shown below, so I can focus more of my time and energy on holistic wellness sessions, gatherings, classes, ceremonies and creating meaningful spaces for connection and healing.

⭐️For the time being, I’ll still be making Elderberry Syrup & Fire Cider and offering the single herb tinctures I already have bottled on hand. Herbal offerings will also be available as add-ons to sessions or consults. ⭐️

We are very excited for the second gathering! Even if you missed the first it’s not too late to catch up and join. ☕️ 📖

The Sage Circle is a welcoming space for women to gather over herbal tea, share meaningful conversation, explore spirituality and life and discuss a thoughtfully chosen book. Each gathering will also include learning about herbs that complement the themes of the book, deepening our understanding through both story and nature.

Our first book will be Signs by Laura Lynn Jackson, a beautiful exploration of signs from loved ones, intuition and the unseen connections that guide us. This one will be held in the lovely Jacobsburg Park in Belfast.

This is more than a book club, it’s a journey. Together we’ll travel to a different cozy location for each gathering, allowing each space to bring its own unique energy to our experience.

$20 per gathering, which includes snacks and herbal tea 🤍

Tulsi- Queen of the garden as far as I’m concerned. Also known as Holy Basil, adaptogenic, diaphoretic, antimicrobial, bacterial and fungal, sacred, heavenly, a scent that lifts you up and carries you, tasting just as lovely in herbal tea blends. Last night The Loving Piece, LLC was pure magic, joy and peace. We focused on abundance and gratitude, being grateful for what is already all around while being open to receive. We filled our cups, found stillness in meditation and cherished guidance through the cards and each other. There were so many gold nuggets and heart felt moments shared through words, laughter, tears and support. My heart is so full and full of gratitude to Nanci for opening her beautiful space each month and the amazing people who join! 💞

Crystals, stones, rocks, mineral formations. A few words we can use to classify these gorgeous pieces of the Earth.
Formed through heat, pressure, water and often taking thousands or even millions of years to develop. They have unique mineral compositions, colors and patterns and are a beautiful reminder of the processes happening within our planet and hold their own individual properties. I don’t talk about crystals enough but I love working with them especially in my sessions and circles! ✨

For me they are tools for grounding, meditation, intention, reflection and ritual. I love choosing them intuitively and noticing what I’m drawn to in a particular moment or space.
