-Read work orders to ensure instructions are followed accurately.
-Utilize order scanning / tracking tablets
-Effectively communicate with team facilitators and management as needed.
-Work well together with co-workers.
-Any other job functions as required based on workload throughout the manufacturing line.

Experience/skills required:
-18 years or older and have High school diploma or equivalent.
-Must work well with others
-No allergies to glues, solvents or dust. (If you have sensitivities to things like dust, hairspray or paint, SOLO is probably not the place for you.)
-Ability to speak and read English
-Ability to stand for a full shift and lift 25 lbs
-Be able to see close up work at a level 3 on the Jaeger Chart in both eyes to enable the clear discernment of both print and production.
-Ability to learn basic computer / tablet usage
-Pass a pre-employment drug screening
