Bad habits can be a lot like toxic relationships.

We know they aren’t helping us. We may even desperately want to let them go. But somewhere along the way, that habit learned how to give us something: comfort, relief, distraction, safety or simply something familiar.

So we keep going back.

That’s why trying harder isn’t always the answer.

Hypnosis helps us work with the subconscious patterns underneath the behavior, so change doesn’t have to feel like a constant battle between what you want and what you keep doing.

This conference my family came with me! It definitely made it nice for me not having to miss them! Just missing Hannah and my dogs 😂 Joe did a good job running the boys around while I was in class.
