It sure does take a community.

A huge THANK YOU to the Lewis County Health Department for generously donating medical beds to help support our Canton location.

And another big thank you to Ron and Kenny for rolling up their sleeves and helping get them moved to Canton. These projects may start with a vision, but they come to life because of good people willing to lend a hand.

We are continually reminded how fortunate we are to live and work in communities that show up for one another.

Thank you for helping us continue building affordable, accessible and quality primary care for our region.

One of our favorite seasons is back—little cleats, big smiles and lots of community fun.

A big THANK YOU to Lavender & Light Co. for partnering with us this season! We love supporting the things that bring our communities together and T-ball season is always one of our favorites.

We’ve realized something over the last year and a half:

When your mission matters more than maximizing profit, you make decisions differently.

You focus on relationships. You focus on accessibility. You focus on doing what’s right long term instead of what’s easiest short term.

That mindset isn’t always the most conventional path in healthcare… but we believe it’s the right one.

Healthspan DPC exists because we believe rural communities deserve high-quality direct primary care, strong relationships with their medical team, and healthcare that actually feels personal again.

That belief drives every late night, every tough decision, and every step forward.
We’re grateful every day that so many people believe in that mission alongside us.

One of the coolest and most unexpected parts of building Healthspan DPC has been watching kids proudly wear our shirts around town.

Every time someone sends us a picture, it honestly means more than we can explain.
Because to us, it’s never just been about a logo.

It’s about building something our families are proud of. Something rooted in community. Something our own kids grow up seeing as a positive force in the lives of people around them.

Small towns are special because when something matters to the community, it becomes bigger than the people who started it.

That’s what Healthspan DPC is starting to feel like.

So keep sending the pictures. We love every single one of them.

Some weeks remind you just how hard it can be to build something different. Over the last 18 months, we’ve poured ourselves into Healthspan DPC. Long days. Late nights. And weekends. Constant problem solving. All because we truly believe in our mission: providing affordable, accessible, and quality direct primary care to our community.

And honestly? Sometimes it stings when people misunderstand what we’re trying to build.

But then almost at the exact same time, we’ll get pictures from friends and family of their kids proudly wearing Healthspan DPC shirts. We’ll hear someone say they finally feel cared for again. We’ll see our own kids beam with pride when they talk about the clinic.

That perspective means everything.

It reminds us that Healthspan DPC is becoming more than a business. It’s becoming a community.

We know there will always be challenges when you push against the norm. That’s okay. Perseverance matters. Believing in the mission matters.

And we’re more motivated than ever to keep building something our community can be proud of.

Thank you for believing in us and in the direct primary care movement.

There’s just something about a big American flag flying in a small town. 🇺🇸

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we wanted to give a shoutout to MB Construction for the beautiful flag that flies so brightly in Monticello. It’s hard to drive by and not feel a little pride for this country and the communities we call home.

Small towns like ours are built on hard work, sacrifice, family, and people willing to show up for one another. We’re grateful to be part of that every single day.

We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend. Take time to relax, spend time with those you love, and remember the reason for the holiday.

Every time we drive through Canton and see our billboard, it makes things feel a little more real. ❤️
