We're excited to share that physical therapy is coming to Healthspan in Canton starting November 6th!

Our partnership with Leah Whipple of Hands On Therapy Quincy has been such a success in La Belle that we're expanding this service to our Canton location, too!

Beginning November 6th, Leah will be seeing patients in Canton on Fridays from 9 a.m.–1 p.m.

One of our goals at Healthspan is to make quality healthcare more accessible to our communities, and partnerships like this help us do just that. With transparent pricing and convenient local care, we're making physical therapy a little easier to access right here in Lewis County.

You don't have to be a Healthspan member to see Leah! Physical therapy is available to both members and non-members.

We seriously have the BEST team!

We had such a great time at the Culver-Stockton College Homecoming Parade, and we think this might have been our best float yet! Steph had another one of her wild ideas, and somehow convinced the whole crew to go along with it. Everyone showed up ready to dress up, have fun, and fully embrace the theme. And we had some pretty great costumes!

We're so thankful for a team that's always willing to jump in, get creative, and have a little fun together. We couldn't ask for a better group of people to represent Healthspan!

Thanks to everyone who came out and cheered us on. We had a blast!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this year it hits especially close to home for our Healthspan team.

We've seen firsthand how breast cancer affects not just the women diagnosed, but their families and everyone who loves them. It's a reminder of just how important early detection can be.

If you're due for a mammogram, DON'T PUT IT OFF!

We're grateful that is making screening more accessible by offering $99 mammograms throughout October. You don't need a physician referral for a routine screening mammogram. Just call 573-248-5688 to get scheduled!

Things are getting even spookier at Healthspan! The spiders have officially taken over both La Belle and Canton, and of course Glenda and Gladys couldn't let Halloween go by without getting dressed up for the occasion. Both clinics are looking a little more festive these days, and we've been having so much fun decorating for fall.

One of the really fun surprises lately was receiving an entire box of spooky decorations from an anonymous sender! We have no idea who sent them, but we absolutely loved opening the box and finding even more things to add to our Halloween collection. Whoever you are, thank you for thinking of us and helping make things even more fun around Healthspan!

We've always enjoyed having a little fun with our clinics, and it's been even better seeing our patients and community get in on it with us. If you haven't seen the Halloween decorations yet, be sure to check them out the next time you're in La Belle or Canton!

We've got a busy day at Healthspan in La Belle today!

💉 Flu Shot Clinic | 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
The Lewis County Health Department will be here offering flu shots. Medicare will be billed for eligible patients, and regular-dose and high-dose flu shots are $25/$75.

Physical Therapy | Hands On Therapy
Leah will be back in the clinic seeing patients today!

We love being able to bring these additional services right here to our community and make healthcare a little more convenient. Give us a call if you'd like to check on availability!

Our Canton office will be closed today, Tuesday, October 13, as our team takes some time to care for our own families.
