She had a wish list for her third birth. Her team read every word and said yes.
After two births that did not go the way she had hoped, Allison decided things would be different the third time. She chose our midwife team and from the very first visit, she felt like she had found the right fit.
She walked into labor and delivery with a wish list she had been writing for weeks. Labor without certain medications. The option to move and push in different positions. The chance to let her body do what it was built to do.
Her nurse Noel read the whole list, smiled, and made it seem like nothing was too much to ask. They clicked instantly. Allison felt comfortable. She felt heard.
When her son Walter arrived, the support did not stop. Her midwife Renee was there through every moment, calm and steady. And when Allison came back for her follow-up visit, overwhelmed with three kids three and under, Renee did not judge her for a single second. She listened, she offered resources, and she reminded Allison that she could reach out anytime without hesitation.
Allison said it best: "I felt safe and supported and cared for throughout."
This is what we mean when we say relentlessly caring. Every birth plan. Every worry. Every mom who just needs someone to say, "We hear you."
