These are our waterproof affirmation cards. Each one has a different affirmation focused on slowing down, breathing, and finding calm.

Why waterproof? You can run the card under water and stick it to a smooth surface like your shower wall, bathroom mirror, or even a window. When the water dries, the card releases on its own!

Here's a look at an item that will be included in the calm to go kit! This is a premium textured sticker that's durable, waterproof and reusable. The soft texture was chosen with intention - it's a small sensory reminder to pause, breathe and ground yourself. I've been trying it out on my phone this week and love it.

Hi everyone! I'm Sara, and over the past few months I've been working on something that's very close to my heart.

As a mom, I know how overwhelming life can feel sometimes. Between work, family, responsibilities, and everything else life throws at us, it's easy to forget to take a moment for ourselves.

That's what inspired me to create Calm To Go — a collection of portable wellness kits designed for those moments when life feels overwhelming and you need a simple reset.

Each kit will include a variety of calming tools such as an aromatherapy inhaler, herbal tea, a sensory/fidget item, grounding and affirmation cards, and other carefully selected items designed to support moments of stress and overwhelm.

I'm still putting the finishing touches on everything, but I was too excited not to share a sneak peek.
