Dr Steve Czys With so much confusing and conflicting advice in regards to diet and exercise....what are you supposed to believe? Who is this page for? For the rest of you.

My goal is to make it simple for you to understand and apply. People that want and can handle the truth. If you can handle getting the cold hard truth told to you. If you are willing to take responsibility for your life and your choices. And, if you're willing to make changes to improve your life and the life of your family, this page is for you . If you like to complain, blame others, make excuse

s, live in a fantasy land and play the victim card, this page is definitely not for you. Go whine somewhere else because the folks following this page don't want to hear it. The tough folks, the action takers, the folks that take responsibility for their actions and their lives. I'm going to give you a ton of great value. The truth is health and quality of life in America is terrible. Our kids are sicker, heavier, and more medicated than ever. We spend more money, by far, on healthcare and yet we have one of the lowest life expectancies of first word countries. And, every year it gets worse. We have the answers. We have the solution to this healthcare crises. I need you to lead by example and help me implement the solutions to our healthcare problems.

𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐬𝐀𝐒𝐩 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐑 πƒπšπ²!
"Experts now consider strength training the single most potent habit for aging gracefully and extending lifespan. Far from being just for athletes or bodybuilders, lifting weightsβ€”or any form of resistance exercise, has emerged as one of the most powerful tools for healthy aging.

It does far more than add muscle: it fortifies bones, revs up metabolism, and sharply lowers the odds of diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic conditions. As we get older, strength training switches on bone-forming cells, fights the natural loss of muscle mass known as sarcopenia, and keeps metabolism humming efficiently.

For women, it’s especially valuable, helping offset the rapid bone-density decline triggered by menopause. The benefits extend well beyond the physical.
Regular resistance work improves balance and coordination, dramatically cutting the risk of fallsβ€”the top cause of injury among older adults. It also protects the brain by enhancing insulin sensitivity, dialing down inflammation, and reducing dementia risk.

Even moderate, consistent strength training delivers profound gains in both quality of life and longevity. Working out is a great example of this. I never look at exercise as something I have to do. Or see it as a punishment "I ate like crap this weekend so now I HAVE to go run." for example.

I always view it as a gift. An able-bodied privilege. Something I get to do. Viewing through that lens makes me look forward to every single workout.

A blown-out knee + surgery taught me that lesson many years ago.

Big improvement! I never thought we'd see a change like this.
