Our Bookkeeping Services on behalf of our clients is a vital role in revenue cycle management and those who excel in our fast-paced medical billing office need to have the mindset of a team player, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented attitude. Bookkeeping experience is required. Healthcare administration experience is a plus, while interest in long-term employment is a must. We’re willing to train the right candidate who will fit with our company culture!

Responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Bookkeeper will include but not be limited to the following:
• Perform bookkeeping for clients, including; accounts payable, payroll and financial statement preparation as needed
• Work closely with clients external CPAs
• Prepare physician compensation modeling and bonus calculations
• Maintain confidential client financial records
• Special projects as assigned by supervisor
Skills that will assist you as Revenue Cycle Bookkeeper:
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize in a high volume, fluid environment
• PC based application skills including but not limited to Quickbooks, Excel and Word
• Attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy to maintain confidentiality
• Work independently and able to stay on task
• Banking and accounting knowledge and skills
