We have recently experienced an increase in patients and caregivers contacting providers through their personal social media accounts. Please understand that our providers are not required to monitor or respond to medical questions, messages, calls, or texts sent through personal accounts or personal contact information, including outside of regular office hours.

☎️ For medical questions or concerns, please contact our office at 423-566-4748.

For concerns that arise after regular office hours, you may call the same number to reach our answering service and receive appropriate guidance.

We truly value every patient and family we serve. Providing excellent care also means maintaining appropriate communication channels and doing everything possible to protect your privacy, personal information, and health. ❤️
