Terry moved here from Hood River with his wonderful family and after taking many classes at a studio there, he became certified. He’s excited to share this movement with you!

As you can see, there’s movement upon movement in this class because you can’t help but shift around while doing the WORK.
You’ll laugh, maybe cry, and sweat in this amazing Tuesday offering.

Our hearts are so full!

Each milestone for each person means something new and exciting.
They e said yes to themselves that many times, plus they offer encouragement and care to those around them.

Not just me and Nicole taking credit for the work my contractor did today (thanks Shawn!) and fueled by 😄☀️🙌

He’s incredible and some super cool things are (still) happening every day at Peak because SOMEBODY (it’s me, it’s always me) can’t decide when to stop.

But is there any stopping while you build a business and then keep adding amazing programs, classes, instructors that kick ass, etc…?
