As many of you know, I will be retiring on May 30, 2026. After decades of serving this community, one of my greatest priorities has been ensuring that you continue to receive the exceptional natural healthcare you deserve.
Beginning June 1, 2026, Brannick Clinic will officially transition to Prosperian Integrative Clinic at both the LaGrange Park and St. Charles locations.
You are not “starting over” as a new patient at another clinic. Instead, you are continuing your healthcare journey with a trusted team that I confidently recommend.
Insurance & Payment Options
Prosperian Integrative Clinic is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, including Anthem Blue Cross and affiliated PPO networks.
Eligible services for insurance claim submission include:
Office visits
Chiropractic care
Acupuncture
Medical massage therapy
Constitutional hydrotherapy
Lymphatic drainage therapy
Gynecological services
Diagnostic laboratory testing
Coverage depends on your individual insurance benefits, which the Prosperian Team will verify prior to your appointment.
Affordable self-pay and monthly membership options are also available.

How to Continue Your Care with Prosperian
Scheduling your next appointment is simple.
Visit ProsperianClinic.com and select the “New Patient Booking” button at the top right of the page.
You will then create your patient portal login, which allows you to:
Schedule and manage appointments online
Access lab results and treatment plans
Complete intake forms electronically
Manage appointments for family members
Receive appointment reminders by email or text
Existing Brannick Clinic Patients
Because you are transferring directly from Brannick Clinic to Prosperian, you do not need to start over as a brand-new patient. No “First Office Visit” is required.
If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance, your first Prosperian appointment should be scheduled as a Return Office Visit. This allows the Prosperian Team to continue your care plan and establish medical necessity for future covered services.
Many insurance plans cover annual wellness visits at 100%.
After your initial transition appointment, you may continue scheduling additional services such as:
Massage therapy
Chiropractic care
Acupuncture
Lymphatic drainage therapy
Constitutional hydrotherapy
And more
Self-pay patients may also schedule a “Return Office Visit” or continue directly with ongoing therapies from their existing treatment plan.
Medical Records & Consent Forms
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive electronic intake and consent forms.
These forms authorize:
Your care with Prosperian Integrative Clinic
The secure transfer of your Brannick Clinic medical records
Forms must be completed before your first appointment.
If you prefer to transfer your records to another healthcare provider, you may request this by providing the provider’s name, location, and fax number. A fee may apply.
