Did you know? There’s a little town in Kentucky where the heartbeat of Main Street is the sound of a train🚂🚂

Welcome to LaGrange, KY — a town where history and modern life roll side by side on steel tracks 🛤️. Here in our charming city, the railroad runs straight through downtown- with local boutiques, cafés, and community life unfolding just steps away from the tracks. It’s not just picturesque — it’s rare. 🤍

LaGrange is one of only a handful of cities in the entire United States where freight trains still run right down the center of Main Street. It’s a living, breathing piece of Americana that draws visitors from near and far.

Before we even moved to LaGrange, Brian and I held our wedding rehearsal dinner at the LaGrange Railroad Museum, where you’ll find exhibits on local rail history, vintage rail equipment, and stories from a time when the train was the town’s lifeline.

And just like the trains that have passed through here for generations, I’m proud to be continuing a tradition of movement and transformation on Main Street with “A Healing Track” — a space for Reiki, sound therapy, meditation, and wellness. Just as the tracks carry freight across the country, I intend to hold space, energy, and intention toward healing. ❤️‍🩹✌🏽

The Worm 🐛 Moon 🌝 in Virgo is completing its Full Cycle tomorrow, March 7th! This is with the archetype of The Tower- where if we fail to make changes and improve our energies, then the Universe will stress the issue for us! 🌱

This is a time to heal- to detox 🧹🧽🪣 your home, your mind 🧘🏻‍♀️ and your life- embrace and embody the changes that are coming! ❤️‍🩹

The past is done- it’s time to move forward! Leave what’s done in the past and SPRING 🌼 FORWARD to make space for the NEW!

This cosmic 🌌 recharge wants us in alignment and harmony with the Universe! It’s time to cleanse, heal and THRIVE! 🌳

We had such a wonderful 🥰 Reiki & Sound Bowl healing meditation on Sunday! It’s been an incredibly calming and relaxing practice to finish out one week while recharging our energies for the week to come!

I will be hosting another Reiki & Sound Bowl meditation on Saturday, March 11th at 1:00 PM at the Serene Saturday event hosted by all of us at Collective Wellness & Spa!
