9:00 AM — Rocket Yoga Flow through a dynamic, breath-led practice with Melissa Soguttekin .inmotion . Come ready to build strength, explore inversions, and move with freedom. All levels welcome with guided variations and modifications ton support every experience level.

11:00 AM — Sacred Journey Sound Healing & Depth Session Breathwork Drop deeper with Theresa Lopez & Cesar Vallin .life . A powerful combination of vibrational sound and guided breathwork designed to release, reset, and realign.

-Mat Movement class starts at 9:00 AM
-Open Heart Sound Bath session starts at 11:00 AM
-All guests are invited to visit the museum galleries
-Please don’t forget to bring your own mat
-The room can get chilly - we encourage you to bring a pillow and a blanket if you are attending the sound bath session
