I will be in San Diego, California for June + July and opening space for in-person healing sessions.

These sessions are designed to support the body in softening, unwinding, releasing stored tension, and returning to a deeper state of regulation and connection.

One hand receives.
One hand gives.

As I watched the sun rise over the ocean, I sat in this simple posture to balance the flow of energy within my body.

In Kundalini Yoga, the left side is connected to the lunar, receptive current. The right side is connected to the solar, active current.

Receiving and giving.
Softness and strength.
Stillness and action.
Feminine and masculine.

Balance begins by noticing where your energy is flowing — and gently bringing it back into harmony.

So many of us know how to give.
We give our love.
Our time.
Our energy.
Our presence.
Our care.

But receiving can feel vulnerable.

Receiving asks us to soften.
To trust.
To believe we are worthy of being held, supported, and filled, too.

So this is your invitation:

Open one palm to receive.
Turn one palm down to release.
Breathe into the space between giving and receiving.

Let the light fill you.
Let the earth hold you.
Let your energy balance within.

Watching the sunrise fills me in a way that’s hard to explain.

It’s not just beautiful — it feels like my whole body remembers something.

Before the day gets busy, I sit with the ocean, breathe with the waves, meditate, chant, and ground my body into the earth.

As the first light touches the water, I imagine it moving through me — clearing what feels heavy and filling my body with light, warmth, clarity, and peace.

It’s not something I have to force.

I simply sit.
Receive.
Breathe.
Listen.
Let the light move through me.
