Half syringe of RHA® 3. That’s it. 👄✨

This beautiful result was achieved with only 0.5 mL of RHA 3 after first dissolving migrated filler that had been placed elsewhere.

Sometimes the issue isn’t that lips need more filler — it’s that previous filler wasn’t placed with respect for the natural anatomy of the lips. In this case, two full syringes had previously been injected into naturally small lips, leading to migration and loss of shape.

We started with a clean foundation, respected her anatomy, and used a conservative approach to restore balance, definition, and softness.

✨ Two appointments. One beautiful result.

For this lip enhancement, we used RHA® 3. During the first appointment, a significant bruise developed, so we made the decision to stop and allow everything to heal before continuing.

Safety will always come before rushing the result. When bruising becomes extensive, it can make it difficult to accurately assess symmetry and placement. Sometimes the best approach is to be patient, let the tissue recover, and continue when it’s safe to do so.

I truly appreciate clients who trust the process and understand that perfection doesn’t always happen in a single appointment. Beautiful results take time—and they’re worth the wait. 💕
