I’m sitting here reflecting tonight because sometimes I have to stop and remember how far this journey has come. 🤍

A few years ago, I was the woman struggling through midlife changes.

The weight kept creeping up.
The inflammation was frustrating.
The brain fog was real.
My energy wasn’t what it used to be.

I felt like I was doing all the right things, yet my body wasn’t responding the way it once had.

As a nurse, I knew there had to be more to the story than simply “getting older.”

When I started finding tools that helped me feel like myself again, I began sharing my experience—not because I had all the answers, but because I knew I couldn’t be the only woman feeling this way.

Now I receive messages from women that say:

“I thought it was just me.”
“I thought this was normal aging.”
“I thought I just had to live with it.”

And my heart breaks a little every time because I remember feeling the exact same way.

You don’t have to simply accept feeling exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from yourself. 🤍

My mission has become helping women understand that there are options, education, and support available.

The three things that have made the biggest difference for me personally have been:
