Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center is partnering with Connect for Health Colorado to bring representatives to La Junta for free, in-person information sessions.

Representatives will be available to talk about upcoming Medicaid changes, coverage options, and available resources, and to help answer questions about what those changes may mean for individuals and families.

These sessions are open to the public on:

Our dogs are more than just pets. They are companions, walking buddies, stress relievers, cuddle experts, and sometimes the reason we get up and moving when we would rather stay on the couch.

Spending time with dogs can support our well-being in simple ways, from encouraging physical activity and social connection to helping us feel calmer and less alone.

Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center’s Senior Life Solutions provides outpatient mental health support for older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and other emotional or behavioral health concerns.
