A client found these two kittens outside his job site - no mom, no littermates, just the two of them. Goopy eyes, goopy noses, underweight for their age. They're likely around 8 weeks old, but honestly, they're so small it's hard to say for sure.
Right now we're treating for possible respiratory infection with eye drops and antibiotics, while keeping close watch on the basics: eating, drinking, temperature, blood sugar. At this age, that's the whole ballgame.
We're even stepping in to help stimulate them after feedings - basically doing our best mother-cat impression. π±
