Just saw one of my former, pre-Covid, clients today. She reached out to see if I was still doing massage and we got her scheduled today.

She recognized she was loooong overdue and had not been doing self-care very well.

She is a foster mom of 2 little 👨‍👦boys, one of which is a high-needs.

I gave her the assignment this week to start somewhere small with self-care.

Here were the suggestions:
🛀Bath
💝 Gratitude -list off a few things before she gets out of bed or before falling asleep
💨 Time-Out for some deep breathing
🚶🏽‍♀️Go for a walk

When I get feedback like this it helps confirm the session was on point. These were 2 different clients that I had seen on the same day.

I integrate and personalize therapeutic grade essential oils into each session. Whether they are seeking relief from stress, aches & pains, or immune support, there are certainly oils for the required relief.
