If you haven’t run into me (or my gear) yet — surprise! I quietly upgraded my machine and pack-out four weeks ago, and I’ve been putting it through its paces with clients ever since. More efficient. More functional.

Not a big reveal, more of an “in case you missed it” — just me investing in doing this better for you and your four-legged family members.

Here are a few aftercare suggestions that I pass along to clients following a PEMF Wellness session.

Access to plenty of fresh water (especially during the summer months!). PEMF can increase circulation and cellular activity, and hydration supports that process. Very often my clients immediately drink following an appointment.

Hand walking and turnout when able- always encourage movement.

Take note of post-session responses and monitor for changes both on the ground and under saddle.

Avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day. Light riding is okay, but please hold off on hard work, especially immediately following an appointment.

Keep a routine — Avoid introducing major changes on the same day if possible, so you can accurately track the effects of the PEMF session.
