🎉 That’s a wrap on the 2026 MACS Conference!

This week, our Spring Dell team came together at the Maryland Association of Community Services Conference ready to learn, grow, and be challenged — and that’s exactly what happened.

We walked away with leadership tools, communication strategies, updated best practices and a renewed confidence and commitment to the people we serve every single day.

But the best part? Our people showed UP.
