Next, we move into the Sacral Energy Center, your center of joy, creativity, emotion, and connection. Joy isn’t just something you find—it’s something you allow. 🧡

This is the one that messes people up the most because they are not in control of their own emotional guidance system.

It is where inspiration flows, feelings are experienced, and life becomes something to enjoy rather than simply endure.

Mean girls get stuck here, and people who don't love themselves live here because they never had that strong root foundation developed. It skewed their emotional development and they are not capable of true meaningful relationships.

When this center is balanced, your joy comes more naturally, your creative nature wakes up and is easily inspired and you feel connected to yourself and others despite the horror and negative treatment of others.
