Calendula Honey Butter hot process soap cut.
I always pause too long and then I ramble and get cut off by the recording on these things. 😬 This is a little out of my comfort zone but I wanted to talk you through the process.
The last time I tried to make this soap I had a major soap fail! (see my last clip). So I'm so happy it turned out this time! I owe some of you a couple bars. 😉
Once I get the bars cut, I put them on a drying rack in front of a little fan for a couple days. Not really necessary to cure hot process soap. It's ready to use right away but I like them to be a little dryer and hard harder before I send them out. They last longer that way.

This goes for ALL businesses! Like me, for instance ... I have this business and I love other soapers, herbalists, creators.
I have a photography business (Hippie Chick Pics Photography - Kristi McIntosh). I love seeing, liking, and having my photos taken by other photographers - not that I love having my picture taken, but you get it.
And my husband and I have a two-piece band (Hippie Chick Band) - seeing the trend here? lol ... But we like going out to hear other bands, supporting them, and have a LOT of friends in their own bands. We enjoy inviting them on stage with us and collaborating.
This is a huge world and there's enough room for all of us. Let's be kind to each other.

Okay. Now that the busyness of the weekend is over, I have to tell you about something relaxing and self-caring I did last week.
