This past April, downtown Milwaukee became a vibrant epicenter for the reflexology community as the Reflexology Association of America (RAA) hosted its national conference.
Representing the World Reflexology Foundation (WRF), board members and volunteers Bill Flocco, Stefanie Sabounchian, Tina Meyer, Elizabeth Flocco, Jan Weal-Grubb, Laurie Hanna, and Honorary Board Member Lee Anthony Taylor shared the foundation's global mission: bringing the healthful benefits of Self-Help Reflexology to everyone on Earth.
The WRF booth in the vendor room served as a dynamic hub for collaboration, connecting with hundreds of practitioners, students, and educators. The team shared how the WRF teaches mainly online free, powerful Self-Help and Self-Care Reflexology techniques to families and underserved populations worldwide.
Moved by this humanitarian outreach, many attendees expressed a desire to get involved with WRFโs free educational programs, focusing on:
- Supporting domestic and international Self-Help Reflexology workshops.
- Expanding online reach to communities with limited healthcare access.
- Contributing to WRFโs global educational projects.
While we work with clients one-on-one, our collective potential is vast enough to impact the entire globe through Self-Help Self-Care Reflexology.
The RAA 2026 Conference proved that the reflexology profession is stronger, more cohesive, and more scientifically grounded than ever. The WRF returns energized, with a growing network of volunteers ready to bring health and wellness to everyoneโone foot, hand, and ear at a time.
