During the first few days, your teeth may feel tender, and softer foods may be more comfortable while you adjust. Be sure to use dental wax if anything feels pokey, follow your elastics or appliance instructions, and schedule your next visit before leaving the office.

A little soreness is temporary, but your new smile is in progress. 💙
