In the Possible is Everything event this past Saturday a groundbreaking concept that helped the attendees attain great shifts and revelations is that within the 2 hemispheres of the brain the hemispheres tend to be strangers to one another.
That unbeknownst to most people the untrained emotional right hemisphere more often than not hijacks the left hemisphere, the left side, the side of “logic.” We place logic in quotations because through exercises attendees observed, witnessed, got a glimpse from a physiological experience that their logic wasn’t actually the foundation of their thinking. It was their emotional right hemisphere leading the thought process. It was very apparent that our left hemisphere, logic heavily operates when it’s observing unimportant things, work, or situations exterior to us. KEY thing is that we can never have true mind/heart coherence until we fully grasp and bring cohesiveness to both our left and right hemisphere.

Limiting ourselves via effort to be free of disease and addiction, to name a few obstacles in people's lives, is undermining the power that is in identification. When you identify under certain lights, it is the cause that can slow belief and confidence. What if you choose to believe in your health, speak life into your body, and honor yourself instead? Many have come alive after years of seeing themselves through a limiting lens.
A true deep connection to vision always fuels will. In such a case, changing, transforming, and transcending become effortless.

Taking it back to 2024. It was around 2014 when I deeply went into a healing crisis as I delved deep into my being and all the trauma that was SA in my life.

I would heal, grow and then slyat at taking thousands to heal and grow from my experience and journey. No one ever tells us that it can become the least meaningful thing in our life. It does not have to be a pinnacle or high significance state in our psyche, body or spirit.

No one or thing has the power to define who we are, our destiny, our being.

It's a process, yet so rewarding to do the emotional labor confrontation and to slay, abolish , anhialate its echo that society teaches we must carry. Nope!!

Let the abuser carry the shame, the filth, the darkness an heaviness of such act, we can rise above, we were born whole and complete and no one can change that. Only your mind can be programmed to tell or trick you to the lie that a forced act can do that. Lies.

Learn to break things down by placing things to the light 💡 intuitively. Learn to trust yourself by practicing to reflect and make sense and process what resonates as true, as possibly true or where the positioning of what is being said is coming from. Not to be mistaken as be in guard, or defensive and close minded. More from practice to hone into your being in higher intelligence, which will still have you open. Learn new angles, different things yet not easily influenced. Knowing who we are is an art that we weren't taught from the early stages of humanity and therefore something we get to lean into present day.

We are no longer slaves to the consciousness of past, of eye for an eye, or superstition, we are free and higher consciousness is available.

Choosing to upgrade our consciousness is not about being good or enlightened it's about being free, discerning and wise.
