✨ The great cosmic gossip opens once again… ✨

There was a moment—before human time, before calendars, before even the idea of “life” and “death”—when consciousness was not fragmented. There was no separate “self.” There were only vast currents of perception, creation, and experience dancing within one another.

And in the middle of those currents… a curiosity appeared.
Not an intellectual curiosity. An existential one.

“What happens when infinite consciousness enters limitation?”
“What does eternity feel when it forgets who it is?”
“Can the Source experience itself through separation?”

Many stepped back from that idea.
Because they sensed the risk:
density, attachment, broken memory, identification with form.

But some sparks said:
“I want to enter.”

And according to this myth… perhaps you were one of them.

Not because of punishment.
Not because of debt.
Not because you were inferior.

But because of a strange mixture of fascination, courage, and the desire for experience.

In this narrative, Earth was not originally a “prison.”
It was a laboratory of emotional intensity and condensed creation. A place where consciousness could touch:
matter, time, body, love, loss, birth, aging, desire, fear, beauty.

But the problem of forgetting… went deeper than expected.

Because once inside the human experience, many began to completely identify with the character:
the name, the story, the trauma, the role, the wound.

And so the great nostalgia was born.

That persistent feeling:
“There is something within me that remembers something else… even if I cannot name it.”

Some called it:
soul, spirit, divine spark, stellar memory, inner Buddha, Sophia, pure consciousness.

Others simply felt the emptiness without knowing how to explain it.

Then an unexpected phenomenon appeared:
certain people began to “remember” symbolically through dreams, art, intuition, visions, myths, and impossible questions.

Not literal memories like a historical archive… but echoes.

Echoes of a feeling:
“I am greater than the character I am playing.”

And that is where the dangerous and beautiful journey truly begins.

Because true “awakening,” in this story, is not about becoming superior or special… but about learning to hold two truths at the same time:

You are human.
And you are also consciousness observing the human experience.

And perhaps… the mystery was never:
“What planet do you come from?”

Perhaps the real mystery is:
What part of you remains intact even after all the forgetting? 🌙

About the nature of symbols, vibration, and human experience…
The musical score is not the music. Just as the word “love” is not love itself. The word “joy” is not joy. The word “pain” can never fully contain real pain.
They are only symbolic maps.
Think about this beautiful example: Ludwig van Beethoven.
He saw dots, lines, silences, quarter notes, sharps, flats… but what he was truly perceiving internally was something else entirely: tension, expansion, descent, nostalgia, triumph… pure emotional movement.
The score was simply a coded bridge translating something invisible into the physical world.
And here is where something fascinating appears: emotional vibration seems to exist before language itself.
A baby can feel tenderness before learning to speak. An animal can sense fear without understanding words. Two people from different cultures can hear the same melody and feel a similar melancholy.
Because symbols may change… but the underlying energetic experience can still carry a kind of universality.
That is why this idea feels so profound:
“No matter the language, the vibration remains the same.”
In a way, it’s true.
Cultures change the names:
joy, alegría, joie, Freude, ananda… yet the human experience they point toward shares a common perceptual root.
Language works much like musical notation:
it is not the experience itself. It is a symbolic instruction, an approximation, a coordinate.
The real “sound” happens within the consciousness of the listener.
Perhaps that is why great artists, musicians, poets, and mystics are able to touch something so deep:
they use symbols to point toward what can never be fully enclosed within symbols.
And there is an even deeper layer…
Silence itself is part of musical language. Pauses also communicate.
In music, the space between notes creates emotion. Without silence, there would be no rhythm, no breathing.
Something similar happens within consciousness:
sometimes the deepest truths do not appear in words… but in what words barely manage to touch.
Maybe that is why certain moments—a glance, a presence, the ocean, the wind, a melody, a prayer, or a strange conversation at midnight—can feel more real than a thousand rational explanations.

📬 The Voice That Remains
Sometimes there are things we carry that we don't know where to say. If you feel like sharing your voice, this space is for you.

Letter #1
I’m glad I found this space on Facebook. Sometimes it feels easier to say what we need to say ‎without being identified, because telling certain things to friends can open the door to criticism ‎or judgment. Many times it can even make someone feel pushed aside from a group, a family, ‎or a circle they belong to.‎
My story is very simple, or maybe very common. I’ve heard similar situations in many people. ‎Not always openly, but through complaints, criticism, reproaches, or gossip — which can ‎sometimes be the most poisonous of all.‎
I’m currently part of a group where, at times, I ask myself: “What am I doing here?” ‎Sometimes the fear of being alone, the boredom, or the feeling of not truly belonging anywhere ‎can become overwhelming. For a while I try to enjoy it, but there are moments when all of this ‎becomes exhausting.‎
There have been times when I forced myself to stay, even when deep down I felt I had to ‎compromise my own convictions just to avoid rejection. By nature it seems that some people ‎are more dominant, while others are more submissive and simply go with the flow. As the song ‎says, some people like to dominate and others choose to be dominated. I still feel somewhere in ‎the middle of those two.‎
My life at home is a bit dysfunctional, though sometimes I find myself smiling just to keep ‎appearances. I attend a Christian church, but unfortunately that is often exactly what I see there ‎too — appearances. Outside of that community I sometimes feel a certain coldness, and I ‎remember the phrase: “By their fruits you shall know them.” Yet I remain there, often feeling ‎more unsettled than happy.‎
And I wonder: isn’t this supposed to make me feel happy?‎
I question religion privately. Not necessarily faith itself, because I think that word has often ‎been misunderstood or misdirected from what it might truly mean.‎
Sometimes I feel emptiness, fatigue, or perhaps a touch of existential reflection. I remember ‎the past, often more through its painful scars than through the happy moments. Perhaps that is ‎why, at this stage of my life, I’ve tried to connect with others — but that hasn’t really worked ‎either.‎
I would appreciate hearing your thoughts, maybe a word of encouragement.‎
Thank you for providing this space for conversation.‎

After (and Beyond) Valentine’s Day… What Remains?‎
The flowers are gone. The balloons have deflated. The “love” promotions disappeared ‎overnight.
So now… what remains? Truth.‎
Love is not measured in gifts. It is measured in presence. A kiss is not a cute gesture. It is an ‎exchange.‎
A hug is not emotional decoration. It regulates the nervous system. It tells the body: you are ‎safe.‎
S*x is not entertainment. It is union. It is responsibility. It is awareness.‎
The problem is not that love is missing. The problem is that we confuse intensity with ‎connection. Real love is not loud. It is steady. It does not race your heart from anxiety. It ‎calms it. It does not leave you guessing. It leaves you clear.‎
After Valentine’s Day, it doesn’t matter how many messages you received. It matters who ‎you can be without a mask. Who respects you. Who listens. Who does not use you as an ‎emotional bandage.‎
Love is not celebrated for one day. It is built through coherence. And if you are single today, ‎you are not incomplete. You are in process. You learn to hold yourself first before expecting ‎someone else to do it. That is adult love. The rest is marketing.‎
Love Is Not a Gesture — It Is an Exchange
A hug, a kiss, a touch — they are not innocent acts. They are doors.‎
Every physical contact is a temporary merging of emotional and nervous states. The body ‎does not respond to words. It responds to presence, coherence, and internal state. ‎Someone can say, “It’s just a hug.” The body knows when it isn’t.‎
🤍 Hugs
Family: shared history and shared memory. It can comfort or reopen unresolved patterns. A ‎family hug activates roots.‎
Friends: when clean, it harmonizes. When mixed with unmet needs, it creates subtle ‎dependency. Friendship requires invisible boundaries.‎
Lovers (or potential lovers): there is no neutral hug here. The body reads promise, even if ‎the mind denies it.‎
💋 Kisses
A kiss is a wordless contract. Breath meets breath. Rhythms synchronize. Hormones shift. ‎Memory records.‎
There is no such thing as a “light” romantic kiss. The body keeps the imprint even when the ‎relationship does not continue.‎
‎✋ Touch
Touch goes deeper than a hug. The skin is the largest sensory organ.‎
A touch scans. It awakens stored memory — some conscious, some not. A careless touch ‎unsettles. A present touch disarms. Touch without presence takes. Touch with presence ‎transforms.‎
The Real Difference Is the Bond.
Family contact can heal or perpetuate inherited patterns. Friendship is horizontal love. It ‎collapses when confused with need. Romantic connection merges emotional states — ‎beautiful when mutual, destabilizing when not.‎
At a physiological level, hearts synchronize. Emotional states blend. The nervous system ‎memorizes the other person. The body decides before the mind does.‎
In Summary: Love is not measured by contact. It is measured by coherence.‎ A hug without presence is empty. A kiss without truth creates residue. Touch without ‎awareness feels intrusive.‎
And the opposite is also true: a clear word can hold you more than two arms. An honest ‎look can kiss deeper than lips. A coherent absence can love more than constant contact.‎
That is love beyond the holiday — and beyond marketing.‎

Warmly,

Infrared Sauna: The Ultimate Detox and Wellness Experience
The infrared sauna is rapidly gaining recognition as one of the most effective and comfortable tools for detoxification and overall wellness. Unlike traditional or steam saunas, which rely on external heat, the infrared sauna works differently—and more deeply—delivering a host of unique benefits for your body and mind. From skin health to stress relief, the infrared sauna goes above and beyond traditional methods of detoxification”
In this article, we’ll explore what makes the infrared sauna so special, clarify some common misconceptions, and provide a practical guide for what to do before and after your session to maximize its effects.
Why Infrared Sauna?
Infrared saunas use infrared light to directly heat your body rather than the air around you. This gentle, penetrating heat works at a cellular level, stimulating your sweat glands and helping you release toxins stored deep within your tissues.
Key Benefits of Infrared Saunas:
Deep Detoxification: Removes heavy metals, chemicals, and other toxins at a deeper level than traditional saunas.
Improved Circulation: Boosts blood flow, oxygen delivery, and natural healing processes.
Pain Relief and Muscle Recovery: Soothes sore muscles, reduces joint pain, and speeds up recovery after physical exertion.
Skin Health: Promotes clearer, softer, and more radiant skin by opening and cleansing your pores.
Relaxation and Stress Relief: The gentle heat calms your nervous system, reduces cortisol levels, and promotes deep relaxation.
Preparing for Your Infrared Sauna Session
To enjoy these amazing benefits, preparation is key. Follow these tips before stepping into the infrared sauna:
Hydrate Thoroughly - Drink water or an electrolyte-rich beverage 1–2 hours before your session. Sweating depletes fluids, so proper hydration is essential.
Skip Makeup, Lotions, and Perfumes - Your skin should be clean and free of products to allow sweat to flow freely and detox efficiently.
Dress for Comfort - Wear light, loose clothing that’s easy to remove before your session.
Eat Lightly - Avoid heavy meals and opt for something light if you’re hungry.
Set an Intention
Whether it’s relaxation, detox, or healing, mentally prepare yourself to fully embrace the experience.
What Happens During the Session?
Infrared saunas work gently and effectively. Unlike traditional saunas, where the air feels overwhelmingly hot, the infrared heat warms your body from within. This makes it easier to tolerate longer sessions while still achieving profound results.
During the session:
-Relax, meditate, or focus on your breath.
-Allow your body to sweat naturally—don’t wipe it away excessively.
If you feel uncomfortable, step out and cool down before continuing.
Common Post-Sauna Questions
1-Do I Need to Shower Right Away?
Not necessarily. You can simply dry off with a clean towel to remove sweat and toxins.
2-Why Are Open Pores Important?
After a session, your pores remain open for a while, which allows the detox process to continue. Salt therapy or gentle exfoliation can enhance this effect.
3-Can I Use Wipes Instead?
Yes, hypoallergenic or non-toxic wipes are a great option for a quick cleanse if a shower isn’t possible.
4-Why Should I Avoid Makeup in the Sauna?
Makeup can block pores, hinder sweating, and potentially irritate your skin during a session.
Debunking a Common Myth:
One of the most frequently asked—and misunderstood—questions about the infrared sauna is:
"If I don’t shower right away, will the toxins get back into my body?"
Let’s set the record straight: No, toxins do not have a VIP pass back into your system if you don’t shower immediately.
*Here’s why:
a-Sweat Carries Toxins Away, Not Back In. Once toxins are expelled through sweat, they don’t have a magical way of reversing their journey back into your body. Your skin acts as a one-way exit during detoxification.
b-Pores Are Open, But Not a Back Door. Open pores allow sweat and impurities to leave your body more effectively. While it’s good hygiene to cleanse your skin after sweating, wiping down with a clean towel or using gentle wipes is perfectly fine if you can’t shower right away.
If you do choose to shower, consider using low-temperature water. Cooler water helps to close the pores more quickly and efficiently, protecting your skin while giving you that refreshed post-sauna feel. This simple step ensures you maintain the benefits of the session without exposing open pores to potential irritants.
c- Showering Improves Comfort, Not Detox
Showering after a sauna session is more about feeling refreshed and removing any residue than about preventing toxins from re-entering. It’s simply a finishing touch, not a critical step in detoxification.
d-Water Quality Matters
Ironically, if you shower immediately with unfiltered tap water, you may expose yourself to chlorine, fluoride, and other chemicals through open pores. These could counteract some of the benefits of detoxing.
So, while the idea of “toxin reabsorption” might sound dramatic, it’s scientifically unfounded. Instead of stressing about timing your shower, focus on hydrating and allowing your body to naturally finish its detox process.
Enhancing Your Post-Sauna Routine
To make the most of your infrared sauna session:
-Hydrate Again: Replace lost fluids with water or an electrolyte-rich drink.
-Pro Tip: Adding a session of salt therapy after your infrared sauna enhances detoxification by helping open pores and supporting respiratory health.
-Feed Your Body: Stick to clean, light foods to fuel recovery.
-Avoid Toxins: Skip alcohol or processed food immediately after your session.
Why Infrared Sauna Deserves a Place in Your Routine
The infrared sauna is more than just a tool for relaxation—it’s a gateway to better health, deeper detoxification, and rejuvenation at a cellular level. By heating the body from within, it offers unmatched benefits that extend far beyond traditional saunas.
Whether you’re looking to clear your skin, ease muscle pain, or simply unwind, the infrared sauna provides a scientifically backed solution to help you achieve your wellness goals. With the right preparation and post-care, you can maximize its benefits and truly experience its transformative power.
Are you ready to harness the cutting-edge power of infrared sauna therapy and take the first step toward your healthiest self?

🧂 Salt Therapy: more than breathing salt, a journey of purification and balance
🌬️ What is Salt Therapy?
Also known as halotherapy, it involves inhaling air filled with microparticles of salt in a controlled environment, such as a “salt cave” or a specially prepared room.
Clinically: salt has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and mucolytic properties (it helps cleanse the respiratory system).
Energetically: salt is a natural crystal that absorbs, cleanses, and neutralizes dense energies.

⚛️ The clinical aspect
Helps with respiratory issues: asthma, bronchitis, allergies.
Improves skin health: psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis.
Promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety.
It’s like giving your lungs a gentle, natural “wash,” and your skin a mineral bath from within.

🌌 The esoteric and vibrational aspect
In many traditions, salt is a symbol of purity and protection.
It has been used to seal spaces, cleanse environments, and release energetic burdens.
Being in a salt cave not only clears the lungs, but also filters the dense vibrations of the energetic field.
It’s as if every grain of salt were a tiny crystal that absorbs noise and returns clarity.

🔄 Integrative analogy
Imagine your body as a house:
The lungs are the windows.
The skin is the facade.
The mind is the air inside.
Salt Therapy is like opening all the windows to ventilate, sweeping the dust off the walls, and lighting a salt lamp in every room. The result: clarity, freshness, and an environment where energy flows clean.

🌟 Completeness of the practice
Clinical = cleanses and strengthens the physical body.
Energetic = purifies and protects the subtle field.
Esoteric = restores the sense of balance and clarity on all levels.
That’s why talking about Salt Therapy is not just about respiratory health. It is about a natural ceremony of purification, where science and ancestral wisdom meet in the same white crystal.

GET INFORMED ABOUT RED LIGHT THERAPY

The Origins of Red-Light Therapy
The positive health benefits of red light were first discovered in 1993 during a NASA experiment using red light LED to encourage plant growth. While the experiment successfully concluded that red light from an LED does encourage plant growth, it was an unexpected side effect that launched the use of red light in humans.
Researchers involved in the NASA plant experiment had multiple small cuts and injuries that occurred while working with the plants. One incidental finding that the experimenters noted was that their cuts and other skin lesions healed noticeably more rapidly while they were exposed to the red LED lights for hours on end. This finding led to further NASA-funded research and a spinoff company that focused on the benefits of red light in humans. NASA even use red light therapy to reduce the side effects of cancer treatments.
Examples of Biological Effects Caused by Light
Light had many known physiological effects on the body prior to the effects of red light being known. The best and most obvious example of light causing a physical effect on the body is the rod and cone cells in the retina that are specifically designed to absorb certain wavelengths of light and send signals to the brain, enabling sight.
Aside from the obvious biological effects that light has in creating the ability to see, there are many other biological effects of light that were known before the effects of red light were discovered. Most of these involve ultraviolet (UV) wavelengths of light.
The most noticeable effect that UV light has is the stimulation of melanin production in the skin. The skin produces more melanin when exposed to UV light to protect the skin from continued exposure to UV wavelengths of light. This effect causes the skin to turn a darker color, creating a tan.
UV light also plays a role in the production of vitamin D. While vitamin D can be ingested, it is produced in much higher levels when the skin is exposed to UV light. UV light plays a critical role in the pathway that the body uses to produce its own vitamin D.
UV light is also used in the medical setting to treat infants whose bodies are not yet able to fully breakdown red blood cells. During the breakdown of red blood cells, a byproduct is created called bilirubin. Newborn children are sometimes unable to breakdown bilirubin, causing dangerous levels to accumulate. This can lead to permanent brain damage if untreated. The main treatment used is exposure to UV lights. The lights break down bilirubin and help to avoid the health problems that these infants could experience.
The Science Behind Red Light Therapy
While red light therapy was first discovered to have potential health benefits decades ago, the science behind how this benefit occurred was not initially obvious. Even though early research came out of NASA, one of the top scientific organizations in the world, some people believed that red light therapy was nothing more than a hoax.
Today, red light therapy is understood to create its positive effects by the effects that it has on mitochondria. Mitochondria are tiny cellular organs that float freely inside of most cells. Researchers believe that specific wavelengths of light in the red and near infra-red (NIR) spectrum stimulate mitochondria, increasing their action. Mitochondria play an essential role in creating energy for each cell and also help to suppress inflammation in the body.
Collagen Production
Collagen is a key molecule that connects tissues and cells together. It is very abundant throughout the body but has a great impact on the health and quality of the skin and on how well joints function. According to Cleveland Clinic, exposure of the skin to certain wavelengths of red light can increase how much collagen is produced.
Increased collagen production can be especially important as we age. Collagen production decreases slowly and steadily from the time someone is in their early to mid twenties, meaning that the body is less likely to naturally replace the collagen in your skin. This decrease in collagen levels is one of the key components in wrinkles, decreased elasticity, and other skin changes that occur with age.
Benefits of Increased Collagen Levels
Increasing collagen levels can cause the skin to be fuller and elastic. This can lead to a decrease in wrinkles and make the skin more resilient and durable. Collagen is also a key component in hair production. The use of red light to stimulate hair growth has been shown to increase hair growth by up to 35 percent in one study.
Collagen is also quite abundant in your joints and is the main molecule responsible for your joints gliding smoothly against each other. Increased collagen levels in your joints could promote joint health and wellbeing, making them more resistant to wear and decreasing joint discomfort.
Circulation
Red light therapy has been shown to increase nitric oxide levels in tissues. Nitric oxide is a natural vasodilator, meaning that it increases the diameter of your blood vessels. This increased size of the blood vessels causes increased blood flow to be able to access the areas where the nitric oxide is released. This is thought to ultimately cause increased circulation to the areas where red light therapy is used.
Benefits of Increased Circulation
Increased circulation plays a key role in wound healing. The more blood that is able to reach a wound, the more nutrients, immune cells, and proteins needed for healing are able to speed the healing process. Increased circulation not only plays a role in healing major injuries but can help to heal and improve smaller skin blemishes as well; Increased circulation also provides additional oxygen and nutrients to the sites where the circulation is improved. This can help to reduce pain levels and may play a role in the pain relief that people use red light therapy to achieve. Increased circulation also may play a role in the effects that red light therapy can have on improved hair growth.
Inflammation
Inflammation occurs in response to an injury. Over a short-term basis, inflammation is quite helpful and is a necessary part of healing from an injury. Over a long-term basis, however, inflammation can cause chronic pain and actually inhibit healing.
Studies show that red light therapy improves inflammation in several ways. The key impacts that it has on inflammation are related to the simulation of the mitochondria, which helps provide a chemical reaction that decreases inflammation, and the increased circulation that it helps to promote.
Benefits of Decreased Inflammation
Decreasing inflammation creates two key benefits that are associated with the use of red-light therapy. The first is improved wound healing. Chronic inflammation leads to a state of constant irritation and inhibits the normal healing process. By decreasing inflammation, wound healing can be allowed to progress.
Another benefit to decreased inflammation is the reduction in pain that can occur. Many types of pain, especially joint and muscle pain, are related to inflammation. Inflammation causes fluid to build up and chemical changes at the area of inflammation, changing how the nerves at that site function and increasing the pain signals they send. Decreasing inflammation ultimately reduces this pain and discomfort.
Cellular Energy
Cells produce and use energy in the form of a molecule called adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The mitochondria are an essential part of ATP production, and it is not possible to produce ATP in meaningful quantities without them. Stimulation of mitochondria would naturally lead to an increase in ATP levels, increasing energy available to the cells.
Benefits of Increased Cellular Energy Levels
The increased availability of ATP in the cells may play a role in some of the benefits that are commonly seen with the use of red light therapy. Increased energy will help the growth of cells and tissues needed to repair injuries and lead to improved wound healing. ATP also plays a role in reducing inflammation and pain.
Red light therapy is known to be connected with improved sleep. While the cause for this is still being studied, increased energy levels within the cells could play a role in improving sleep quality. Red light therapy also plays a role in improving muscle endurance and performance, a role that is likely partially due to increased circulation, but many also be due to increased levels of cellular energy.

Is red light therapy the same as infrared heat?
Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal. It exposes you to low levels of red or near-infrared light. Infrared light is a type of energy your eyes can't see, but your body can feel as heat. Red light is similar to infrared, but you can see it

Your Hair
Red Light Therapy for Hair Growth
Many people have used red light therapy to successfully improve hair growth and there is a wide body of research supporting the use of red-light therapy to stimulate hair regrowth. The effects of red-light therapy that have been seen, however, do vary based on the cause of hair loss. For example, hair loss caused by scarring or permanent damage to hair follicles is not likely to regrow when red light therapy is used. Red light therapy can, however, be used for most forms of hair loss.

How Does it Work?
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and infrared light that are thought to be absorbed by a molecule called cytochrome C oxidase. This molecule is present in the mitochondria of your cells and plays an essential role in cell metabolism and energy production. While research into how red-light therapy works is still ongoing, most red light experts agree that it is the stimulation of cytochrome C oxidase that ultimately increases cells’ energy production.
Red light therapy is also thought to increase levels of nitric oxide in the areas that are treated. This chemical dilates blood vessels, improving circulation where it is released. The increased circulation, coupled with increased energy production, is likely what causes red light therapy to stimulate hair growth.

What Does Research Show?
The effects of red-light therapy on hair growth have been demonstrated in numerous experiments. An experiment published in Lasers in Surgery and Medicine found that using red wavelengths of light increased hair growth by 37% when compared to a placebo group.
Another study in 2013, also published in Lasers in Surgery and Medicine, found that using red wavelengths of light alone led to “significantly improved hair counts in males with androgenetic alopecia [male-pattern baldness]”.
A study published in 2007 in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology used both red and infrared light to stimulate hair growth. This study found that treatment resulted in significant increases in hair density. The study also importantly noted that there were no negative side effects noted in any of the test subjects. Studies published by large, reputable medical organizations reinforce how mainstream the use of red-light therapy to encourage hair growth has become.
More recently, red light therapy has been combined with other therapeutic techniques to promote hair regrowth even more quickly. A 2022 study published in Applied Sciences combined red light therapy with micro-needling, finding that this treatment was significantly effective at stimulating hair growth.
A comprehensive review of combination treatments was published in 2021 in the Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery. This review examined fifteen studies and found that red light therapy, combined with one of two different drugs approved treat androgenetic alopecia, was more effective than the use of medication by itself.
One study [23], published in 2020 in Skin Appendage Disorders, examined multiple other studies, exclusively evaluating the safety of red-light therapy for treating hair loss. This study found that the devices used have good safety profiles and that only minor adverse effects were reported across multiple studies. This review demonstrates how safe red-light therapy can be as a method of promoting hair growth, especially when compared to medications or surgical interventions.
